General Orders

We aim to despatch all general orders within 5 to 7 working days. However, we politely ask you to bear with us during times of high demand – including, but not limited to drop days, holidays, and sales periods.

Pre Orders

Pre-ordered products will be subject to our usual shipping procedure, which means they’ll be dispatched 4 to 5 weeks after the release day. If we experience any delays, we will inform you via email.

Returns

If you’re looking to return a product, your item must:

be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
have all original tags attached?
